At Caregivers hub, we offer a unique blend of domiciliary homecare and residential care, and our services are flexible, personalised, functional and affordable to meet the needs of our targeted clients. Our services are offered to vulnerable individuals such as the aged, those with physical and learning disabilities, and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. We do reablement services for hospitalised and those recently discharged from the hospital to recover at home.

Our services are a blend of care activities:
We deliver a blend of services but not limited to the following:
- Pampering Sessions – assistance with an early start of the day and a close of day activities with help to get up, wash, shower/bath, get dressed and have breakfast, or have dinner, get into bed as the case may be.
- Shopping support – alongside our client or alternatively we can come in , agree a shopping list, go to the shops, come back and put it all away.
- Meal preparation – food and drinks
- Medication reminders with monitoring of clients during medication based on physician’s advice – ensure timely prompt for medication when due, also prophylaxis
5. Undertaking domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing either on regular basis or part-time.
6. Organize client’s schedule and plan appointment
7. Assist to pay clients bills and manage light finances
8. Provide companionship
9. Assist clients with movement for disabled clients
10.Recreational and physical exercise regimen
11. Integrated Preventive care
12. Physiotherapeutic services – on request if deemed necessary
13. Private Hospitals care services – on request
14. Assisted/Support living services
